| Abstract: | Das Granuloma anulare und die Necrobiosis lipoidica sind zwei selten auftretende Dermatosen mit Gynäkotropie und granulomatöser feingeweblicher Komponente und meist therapierefraktärem hoch-chronischen Verlauf. Assoziationen mit einem Diabetes mellitus, Schilddrüsenerkrankungen und Dyslipidämie wurden schon länger vermutet, konnten jedoch bisher nicht sicher statistisch nachgewiesen werden. |
